Velouté of Samphire
Ingredients : Water, salicornia (salicornia harvested in France) 30%, rice, cream (MILK), onion.
Preparation : Shake well before opening.
The velouté is ideal at room temperature, as an aperitif in a gourmet verrine. It can also be heated and served with Maison Perard garlic croutons.
Store at room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
