Sterilized lobster bisque
Ingredients : Water, 25% lobster fish , corn starch, natural flavors, modified corn starch, tomato, white wine, cream , salt, aromatic plants.
Fish caught in the Northeast Atlantic (FAO area 27). Lobsters caught in the Northwest Atlantic (FAO area 21).
Preparation : Shake the jar well before opening.
Serve the bisque very hot and stir in some fried croutons before enjoying it. This soup is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
Store at room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
