Court-Bouillon from the Sea
A real delight combining seaweed and herbs to replace your traditional court bouillon.
Our salt is harvested using traditional methods and entirely by hand, in the salt marshes of Guérande.
Ingredients : IGP Guérande salt (90%), carrots, leeks, onions, sea lettuce, dulse, nori, thyme, bay leaf and ginger.
Directions for use : One level tablespoon per liter of water to simmer before cooking fish, shellfish or pasta.
Store dry.
To consume preferably before the date indicated under the box.
