Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, garlic, egg yolks , sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavors), vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt, sugar, chilli.
Preparation : The aioli is eaten mainly with shellfish and fish. Our recipe goes perfectly with our fish soups. This creamy sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.
Store at room temperature.
