Home made garlic sauce
Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, egg yolks , sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavors), garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, chilli, paprika extract, salt, sugar, pepper.
Preparation : Add the rouille directly to the soup and mix, or spread it on croutons before placing them on the plate. This sauce is also suitable to accompany your cold fish, meat and poultry.
Store at room temperature.
After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Sea urchin coral
Green sea urchin coral from Iceland.
Ingredients : Green sea urchin coral Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis (Mollusc) 100%. Caught by dredge in the Northeast Atlantic (FAO area 27-Va Iceland).
Product sterilized at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
Store in the refrigerator (between 0°C to + 4°C°) and consume within 48 hours.
aioli
Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, garlic, egg yolks , sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavors), vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt, sugar, chilli.
Preparation : The aioli is eaten mainly with shellfish and fish. Our recipe goes perfectly with our fish soups. This creamy sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.
Store at room temperature.
