Our team, made up of passionate women and men, perpetuates the authentic know-how transmitted between two families of the Côte d'Opale.
In strict compliance with the original recipe that has made our House famous, we work every day to offer you a range of quality products.
Label Rouge on our fish soups rewards that work daily and highlights the commitments made to our partners, from the fishermen of Boulogne-sur-Mer to the producers of saffron in Iran, through our local Samphire pickers.
Attached to the values that have made the Maison Perard famous, we want to perpetuate local know-how and make you know better our range.
Our Ranges
The soups
Since 1964, the know-how has been transmitted in accordance with the authentic recipes of Serge Perard. Find in particular the Fish soup, the Crab soup and the Lobster Bisque. New recipes are being developed and will be offered to you soon.
Samphire
We are offering you a Samphire range, 100% French origin. Discover our Pickled Samphire, the Mustard with Pickled Samphire and the Salicornaise, original recipe or its version with Horseradish.
Our Delicatessen Range
Discover home made garlic sauce prepared with an authentic know-how, the Sea Urchin Roe prepared in our kitchen. Our range of Guérande Salts, selected and packed at the House Perard. Croutons are also available to enhance your soups.
